1 X 2 to 3 people office - R6000 per month

1 X 3 to 4 people office  - R7000 per month

3 X 3 to 4 people offices - R8000 per month

Note: A once off R2000 set-up fee is payable upfront with a R5000 refundable deposit. Above Prices exclude VAT

Offices are fully serviced:

• Unfurnished but you can rent furniture if you require (R350 per month for workstation with chair, R150 per month for Cupboard)

• Dedicated telephone lines including phones with full facilities like direct calling, voicemail and hold music (Only Pay normal telkom rates for Calls)

• Limitless internet access with the highest speed DSL

• Full time receptionist who answers your calls in your company name and assists with various receptionist duties

• Full time tea lady and bottomless tea and coffee for staff and clients

• Use of boardroom and/or meeting rooms (30 hours per month)

• Full Cleaning Services

• Use of state-of-the art copier/printer/fax (Only pay nominal fee per click)

• Reduced rate Courier services

• Special rates on use of presentation rooms

  • Room A (30 Seater) - R300 half day / R500 full day (normal working hours)

  • Room A (30 Seater) - R450 half day / R800 full day (afterhours and weekends)

  • Room B (50 Seater) - R450 half day / R750 full day (normal working hours)

  • Room B (50 Seater) - R600 half day / R1050 full day (afterhours and weekends)

  • Only R5 per tea/coffee for delegates at your presentations

• Undercover Parking bay for each person in office
