TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club subscription fees are payable monthly in advance and will be deducted by debit order and credit card only on the 1st, 10th or 25th working day of each month based on your stated preference.

2. All fees and charges are payable in advance by the 31st of the month for the following month. The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club reserves the right to cancel membership if payment has not been received within the agreed time.

3. In the event of cancellation of service due to non-payment, you will be liable for all existing outstanding payments up until the day your membership is cancelled by Entrepreneur.co.za.

4. The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club reserves the right to charge interest of 5% per month on charges not paid by the due date, and to charge R25 per telephone call to the member for following up of any such payment.

5. The member may cancel their monthly membership at any time with one calendar months’ notice. Cancellation must be done via the member’s area online.

6. The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club reserves the right to amend or alter its scale of fees upon reasonable notice.

7. The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club is not liable to the member for any loss or damage suffered at any event organized or promoted by The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club or Entrepreneur.co.za itself.

I hereby consent to The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club transmitting my details to credit bureaus of how I and my company/ closed corporation have performed in meeting the obligations in terms of this agreement and in the event that I fail to meet my obligations may record my non-performance with the applicable credit bureau. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement mutatis mutandis.

I hereby request and authorise The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club to draw against my account with the above mentioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I may transfer my account) the sum of (as stipulated above) or any variable amount pertaining to this agreement, on the 25th/10th/1st of each month or the closest working day thereafter, this being the amount necessary for the settlement of the monthly/total fee due for my membership of the Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club. All such withdrawals from my account by The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club shall be treated as though they had been signed by me personally.

I, the undersigned, "instruct" and authorise the The Entrepreneur.co.za Success Club agent Netcash (Pty) Ltd, to draw against my account or Virtual Card Services (VCS) to draw against my credit card. I understand that if bank/credit card details have been supplied, the withdrawals authorised here will be processed by BankServ for debit orders and VCS for credit cards. I agree to pay any banking charges relating to this debit order instruction.

I acknowledge that the party hereby authorised to effect the drawing(s) against my account may not cede or assign any of its rights and that I may not delegate any of my obligations in terms of this contract/authority to any third party without prior written consent of the authorised party.
